Please read them carefully. The company reserves the right to amend or update such terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability at any time without providing notice to you. Your usage of this site and placement of an order indicate, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
Should you object to any of these Terms and Conditions (including any subsequent amendments), you must immediately discontinue using this web site.
Limitation of liability
Any liability of the web site associates in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of the web site, be limited to: in relation to goods, the replacement or repair of the goods, the supply of equivalent goods, the payment of the cost of replacing or repairing the goods or the payment of the cost of obtaining equivalent goods; and in relation to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

Material on this web site also comprises copyright material, trademarks and registered trademarks which are the property of the company and third parties. This property may only be used for the purposes of browsing the web site and acquiring goods and services of the web site.

If you purchase goods and services from the web site we may require you to provide your name, address, email address, credit card number or other details ("customer information"). We may subsequently require further details to enable the processing of any orders that you make. You agree to provide the company as operator of the web site with current, complete and accurate customer information when asked to do so by the web site or an employee of the company.
Your right to return the products
If you are not satisfied with any Product you have purchased from us, you may return the Product to us and obtain a refund of the price of the Product returned if you contact us within 14 Days of delivery of the Product to you. However, you may not return a Product to us and claim a refund if the Product concerned is a bespoke order (Create Your Own). In order to exercise your option to return a Product you are not satisfied with, you must give a notice to us. Accepted notices are emails to firstname.lastname@example.org, written notices to the owner of this web site. These notices must include the customers name and invoice number. Don't ship the products back to us, but wait until we will send you Return Authorisation and manage the shipping. We will refund the price paid for the Products you have returned completely. All returned Products must be unused, in original condition and undamaged.
Because of differences in equipment, media, inks, and other conditions between colour proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in colour between colour proofs/submitted images and the completed job is to be expected. When a variation of this kind occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance. The accuracy of each colour reproduction is guaranteed to be within 90-95%. Each and every item is inspected and checked to our high standards before despatch.
Copyrights of served motives
The customer also warrants that the subject matter to be printed is not copyrighted by a third party. The customer also recognises that because matter does not have to bear a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law, absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. The customer further warrants that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing the subject matter for reproduction. To support these warranties, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold the company harmless for all liability, damages, and attorney fees that may be incurred in any legal action connected with copyright infringement involving the work produced or provided.
We may collect personal information online when you "sign on" to become a member, use our online services, make online purchases, submit questions or request information, participate in online surveys, promotions or contests.
We may hold and use records, including your name, address, billing and delivery information, email addresses and credit card information that you may need to supply us. This personal information will be used only for the purposes of meeting your needs, unless you consent to its use for other purposes, or the law permits its use for other purposes.
If we hold information about you this information may be used to process, fulfill and follow up on orders, reply to your email, return information you request via email. You will not receive marketing communications unless you consent to it.
The personal information we hold is stored in a secure manner. We do not routinely disclose your personal information to any other person or organisation.
All care is taken to ensure that the web site and data transmissions are virus free. However, it is your responsibility to scan any such data for viruses.
The company does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use the web site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on the web site are current at the time of display.
We take every reasonable care to ensure accuracy of all products and services listed. However, we do not accept liability for any errors in pricing and description. Pricing and stock availability is subject to change anytime without notice.
Placing and accepting orders
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, the company is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product.
Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us ("your offer"). We will email you a "Confirmation of your Order" for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer. Please note that our Order Confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the "Dispatch Confirmation" email to you.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels and while we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver your Products to you within 14 days of the date of issue of your Order Confirmation. If we are unable to deliver your Products to you within 30 days of the date of issue of your Order Confirmation, you will have the option to cancel your Order.
Unfortunately, we are unable give a "guaranteed" time of delivery.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform the company if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from delivery.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Goods damaged or faulty on delivery
You may return damaged or faulty goods within 14 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipient's responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product warranty as specified by the manufacturer.
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price, delivery, wrapping and other fees via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will dispatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.
Please Note that we use specialised equipment to ensure that your product arrives to our highest standards. White and Black mounts, on extremely rare occasions, can show tiny specks of dust. Although we use high pressure air guns to remove any dust specks, we have advise you that this will not be an acceptable reason for the print to be returned to us.
Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to the company.
Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods.
